Does Nick Jonas get shirtless for Men's Fitness? The Jonas Brothers member tweeted on Sept. 13, 2013, "Just finished up a great shoot with @MensFitness."
But what type of shoot? We know Men's Fitness features in-depth articles on men's fitness and nutrition, and those articles often include physically fit celebrities. Shirtless Nick Jonas pictures could be a good move for the magazine.
Why? Because the 20-year-old has done it before. When Nick Jonas appeared without a shirt on Instagram, the photo was an instant success with thousands and thousands of hits to date. Of course, the normally modest Nick pondered whether to post the pic. "I debated with my brothers and people in our band like, 'Should I do this?' They were like, 'You have to, you have to,' so I did it," said Nick. "I never do that, and there are a lot of people running around without their shirts on these days so I didn't want to just add to the noise, but I felt like as a diabetic its twice as hard to stay in shape...so I just wanted to be an inspiration to those people."
At the age of 13, Nick was diagnosed with Type I diabetes. Today, he uses an insulin pump to manage his condition. Men's Fitness will likely not only focus on the singer's great body but also on his control of his diabetes. If Nick Jonas is shirtless in the magazine, that will undoubtedly contribute to his inspiring story. It will contribute to the notion that there are few excuses for striving for fitness and health.
