With the New Year come new opportunities including a chance for David Murray (Justin Bartha) and his significant other Bryan Collins (Andrew Rannells) to become matchmakers in the upcoming ‘The New Normal’ episode ‘The Goldie Rush.’ David and Bryan attempt to set up Gary (Michael Hitchcock) from Expanding Families with Bryan’s ex-boyfriend and playboy Monty (‘White Collar’s Matt Bomer), but exes have a tendency to open old wounds. Why did Bryan break up with the blue-eye cutie? It turns out Monty cheated on Bryan with a woman (Cartermatt.com). Has Bryan forgiven Monty for what he did? Will Monty cause David to have insecure feelings about his relationship with Bryan? What advice will Rocky and Jane give to Shania? How much trouble will this assistance get Shania into? Whatever advice they give, it is sure to be something the mean girls will never forget.
Insidetv reveals Mark Consuelos and John Stamos will be guest starring in the episode ‘Gaydar.’ Rocky will develop a crush on Consuelos, who plays on Bryan’s show Sing. Jane questions a coworker’s (Stamos) sexuality.
