Jimmy Kimmel collects cookbooks, according to a Jan. 8 US Weekly report. Martha Stewart’s latest cookbook, “Meatless,” was released today, Jan. 9. Perhaps Martha will send Jimmy an autographed copy for his collection?
Kimmel, 45, said he has hundreds of cookbooks, but indicated he doesn’t use them. Jimmy did say he hopes to read some of them one day, though.
Kimmel also revealed that he plans on putting chickens in his backyard and that is favorite place on earth is Costco. It seems like he should put those books to use with those hobbies and look up some great recipes to try out. Roasted chicken with vegetables sounds like the perfect meal for Jimmy to whip up. Kimmel can finish the meal with the dark chocolate bar he indulges in daily at the suggestion of Dr. Oz.
However, the new Martha Stewart cookbook only contains vegetarian recipes.
Jimmy Kimmel is getting married later this year, so perhaps he’ll get some more cookbooks as gifts. However, Jimmy is marrying writer Molly McNearney and not his celebrity crush, Ryan Gossling.
