Will the Duggars have to change the name of their hit TLC show to '20 Kids & Counting?' Well, according to a sneak peek on People dated Mon. May 26, it's too early to say.

Though Mrs. Duggar has already given birth 19 times, she would love to have another baby. Michelle, 47, and husband Jim Bob, 48, opened up about seeing a fertility doctor and getting blood work results.

"Conception is not totally impossible, but most unlikely," she shares in the clip, which will air on Tuesday's episode (9 p.m. ET) on TLC.

The parents of 19 who have children ranging in age from 4 to 25 (including five children below the age of 10), also have 3 grandchildren. With one son married, one daughter on her way to the altar, and another in a serious courtship, some may think the Duggars should simply enjoy being grandparents at this stage in life. However, the devout Christian couple loves their role as parents, and if God sees fit, they'll gladly take on another one of their own. No matter the outcome, Jim Bob and Michelle continue to believe that the number of children they have remains up to the Lord.

"We've always put this in Gods hands," Jim Bob says in the clip above of his and Michelle's plan for more children, "and if God wants to give us more children, we are going to be happy either way."

Duggar's last pregnancy contained some extra challenges as youngest daughter Josie was born prematurely. However, she is now in good health. In 2011, they also suffered a miscarriage with a little girl they lovingly referred to as Jubilee Shalom. However, they told People they felt peace as well as deep sorrow.
