Will Herculiza win this year’s “greatest natural bodybuilder” poll?

Liza Reichenberger aka “Herculiza,” voted as the greatest female bodybuilder of all time in the 2010 National Natural Bodybuilding Examiner’s annual readers’ poll, enters this year’s poll as the prohibitive favorite after the overwhelming number of votes she garnered last year from among her legions of fans worldwide.  The veteran champ from San Mateo put up some serious numbers last year, and her popularity has continued to grow after capturing the heavyweight class at the 2010 Yorton Cup to win her third world title ( with three different natural organizations).

This year’s poll might produce some surprises as more readers are expected to vote, and other new and exciting stars have appeared on the scene.

The rules? 

• All of the nominees from last year’s poll will be automatically included in this year’s poll. 
• Each reader is entitled to one vote for the female bodybuilder of his/her choice.
• Votes must be received by separate emails for each female candidate.
• Only one vote for each female candidate will be accepted from the same email address.
• Candidates will be ranked by the number of votes they receive.
• Candidates must have won an overall title in open or professional competition sanctioned by an all-natural bodybuilding organization since 1975 (the founding date of the Natural Bodybuilder’s Association (NBA) and first drug-tested bodybuilding competition). Candidates who have won overall titles only from organizations that sanction both tested and untested competition do not qualify.
• All votes must be received by Sunday, October 2, 2011.

The mighty Herculiza has graced the natural bodybuilding stage for more than 25 years and continues to capture the imagination of natural bodybuilding fans everywhere.  Can she successfully defend her title as the greatest natural female bodybuilder of all time?  Only the readers know.
