Will 23 executive orders stop gun violence in schools?

The recent shooting of 3 people in a Houston college proves that 23 executive orders will not stop gun violence in schools. The executive orders are just pieces of paper.
Drive into Mexico and see the signs, which say that guns are illegal. Those are just signs. Look at the high rate of gun violence in Mexico.
Will the 23 executive orders help? Maybe. Requiring background checks for school staff members may deter people from applying to work in a school if they have a criminal background record. However, if employers continue to hire school personnel before background checks are complete or retain school employees after failing to have a background check updated, then people who become violent with guns may slip through the cracks and cause violence in our schools.
However, it is not typically the school employee who causes the gun violence. Typically, it is a student or a visitor to the school. So, have criminal background checks helped to keep guns out of the hands of people who have caused gun violence in schools?
The answer is no. If someone in America wants a gun, someone in America can find a way to get a gun. If you want safer schools, move somewhere safer, like Denmark.
