SeaWorld Orlando will celebrate Wild Days later this month with three weekends of special animal themed events:
January 11-12: Jack Hanna Weekend
January 18-19: Sea Rescue Weekend
January 25-26: Penguin Lovers' Weekend with Julie Scardina
Each weekend will feature its own theme, with "Jungle" Jack Hanna kicking things off. Hanna is well known for his knowledge of animals and tireless conservation work. He'll be doing presentations, and you can also sign up for an extra-cost lunch or dinner with him.
Next up is Sea Rescue, a weekend honoring leaders in the world of animal rescue and rehabilitation. SeaWorld's rescuers are on call 24 hours a day seven days a week, to help animals ranging from birds to turtles to dolphins to manatees.
Things wrap up on the final weekend with penguins in the spotlight. They're some of the most popular animals at SeaWorld Orlando, and with good reason. Animal Ambassador Julie Scardina will be on hand to talk about the adorable little black and white birds.
There will be presentations and up-close animal encounters throughout the three weekends. Wild Days is included with your regular park ticket.
