The Center for Creative Photography is hosting a talk called "The Wild Apples of Kazakhstan" on Thursday, February 20, 2014. The talk will be given by Frank Gohlke, who is a University of Arizona photo professor. This free talk will be given at 5:30 p.m. in the Center for Creative Photography Auditorium.
"The Wild Apples of Kazkhstan" talk is about Frank Gohlke's current project about the wild apple forests of Kazakhstan. As part of the talk, he will also show some of his photographs from earlier projects as well as ones from the first stage of his current project.
About the Center of Creative Photography: The Center of Creative Photography is located on the U of A Campus just south of Speedway near the pedestrian underpass that is just East of Park Ave. The Center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
