A Broken Silence music band (“Torcha” John Chmielewski, “B-Don” Brendon Costello, “Cactus” Daniel Bartulovich, “Boots” Simon Lennon and Nathan Tuffin) launched into the Australian Hip Hop Scene in 2008. The five peace band hails from Western Australia, bringing their own unique sound of soaring Punk Rock and Metal guitar lines, a combination that has captured the attention of both Hip Hop and Rock enthusiasts around the world. A Broken Silence pushes the boundaries of genre while staying true to their individual respective cultures, in effect creating a sound that does not have many to compare to. With a fresh inked deal with WIDEawake Entertainment Group, A Broken Silence is ready to launch into the international scene with their March world wide release of their self-titled album. The artists have toured with the likes of De La Soul, Xzibit, Swollen Members, and many more.
On March 13th 2012, WIDEawake Entertainment Group will release in Toronto A Broken Silence’s self-titled record “A Broken Silence” with 13 never heard before songs.
