Here's University of Arkansas commit Katherine Grable on bars at the 2008 Level 10 Nationals, doing a transition from low to high that I can't even begin to describe. Like a Shaposhnikova but from a fonrt giant with a full turn in the air and...well, you should watch it for yourself.
Grable hails from Oshkosh Gymnastics Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where she trains with Minnesota signee Dusti Rusell and Southeast Missouri recruit Erin Brady.

Wow. If she cleans this up and hits her handstands, she'll be a hellacious bar worker. Maybe college will work out those kinks for her. Thanks for posting - that's an epic skill.
If she's inventing the skill, how can it be a form error? She's tucking to avoid hitting the floor. It's a great move.
