Caucuses are the smallest, most grassroots meetings of the political party system.

This is the year you must go to your caucus, regardless of your political party preference.

Based on the State of the Nation, it should be clear that the people that have been attending the past caucuses haven’t made the best decisions.

In Minnesota, your caucus date is Tuesday, February 7, 2012.

For far too long now, we rank and file Americans have dutifully voted for the candidates of our respective political parties. WE THE PEOPLE have chosen and remained loyal to our respective political parties because we believed in our respective party’s platform and were persuaded by the promises of our political party candidates before each election.

But the reality is that the day after the election, our elected officials and political parties sell their votes to the highest bidder. Our elected official’s votes are not cast in the best interests of their constituents but rather based on who gives the biggest campaign contributions and/or kickbacks…

Our Elected no longer are content to represent WE THE PEOPLE. They now want to manage, manipulate and fleece us like livestock. Your politicians and the major media are not being truthful with you, my fellow citizens. Our Country is on the brink of collapse. Just because they are not printing it as a headline each day and down play it in the presidential debates, does not mean that crisis is not imminently upon us.

The Former USSR concealed their economic problems from their subjects until just before its collapse. Your government is doing the same thing to its citizens. For those of you not old enough to remember, the former USSR was the other super power in the world in 1989, just before its collapse. Suddenly and unexpectedly, the Berlin Wall came down. And a wave of satellite countries broke free of the Former USSR from 1989-1993. And perhaps most startling of all, Russia’s rank and file subjects were almost as surprised as the rest of the world when this happened. As a result, the former USSR was forced to downsize, restructure and break promises to its subjects (like pensions) because it no longer had the resources to fulfill its obligations and enforce its will on its subjects.

And that is exactly what is happening in our country: To prevent panic and maintain their power as long as possible, our government is not being truthful with its citizens as too the extent of our crisis.

ARE WE THE PEOPLE READY TO DEMAND REFORM?

As I read the following articles and polls, I take heart and believe that my fellow citizens are ready to confront the economic and moral crisis which is upon us.

And it is with my impression of the willingness of Americans to confront and overcome the crisis upon us that I write this article.

However, if you want change, there is precious little time to affect it before it is too late.

Hopefully by now you are aware that Party elite of both Political Parties lie to their rank and file members. The Republican Party Elite lie to its rank and file constituents. And, in exactly the same fashion, the Democrat Party Elite lie to their rank and file constituents. And then, to throw suspicion and derision off themselves, the Party Elite of each party tells its rank and file constituents to blame and hate the rank and file constituents of the other party.

Does it make any sense to you that rank and file members of both major parties blame and hate the rank and file of the other party for what the OTHER Party’s elite do to all of us? If WE THE PEOPLE are going to save our country without violence, WE THE PEOPLE need to attend our respective political parties en masse and throw out the current status quo elite.

WHICH BRINGS US TO THE IMPORTANCE

OF ATTENDING YOUR CAUCUS THIS YEAR `

Have you ever wondered when your political party will give you a candidate you WANT to vote for instead of candidates HAVE to vote for to prevent the other party from winning?

Simply, the whole political game is rigged. Political Operatives, Political Insiders and political veterans know how to game the system. They know the ins and outs of the rules. They organize before the caucus and plot strategy. They get like minded persons to go to the caucus. They get each other elected delegates and candidates and thereby the same corrupt and/or ineffective status quo is propagated.

In Caucus States, a straw poll is held for President. Then nominees for lesser political offices are selected. Further, delegates to the next level conventions are elected. And finally, constituents and present resolutions and make suggested platform changes. The Platform is the document which contains the party’s position on what it considers is its most important issues.

While everyone else is caught up in the hoopla of the straw poll for candidates, Party operatives, insiders and veterans are quietly busy with their plans. They are lining up delegates for election to the next level conventions, and introducing and/or killing resolutions and proposals to alter the platform. And, in this way, Party operatives, insiders and veterans maintain the status quo that got us into this mess in the first place.

(In primary states, they also have precinct meetings like caucuses, but they usually come before the primary and are generally “under the radar”. But this is why it is so important that you attend them lest the same old party operatives, insiders and veterans become delegates, hijack the platform and maintain the status quo.

WHAT TO DO?

BEFORE YOUR CAUCUS

Please meet with your friends, family, neighbors and coworkers before the caucus and discuss issues and strategies. (even if this is just a few hours before your caucus) Outline some important issues. Draft some resolutions. The fundamental understanding our US Founding Fathers had in drafting our constitution, is People under Natural Law have free will, and are not virtuous by nature. The politician who cost you your job with his previous votes and policies, wants you to vote for them because they promising you another job? If you accept that deal are you a Real man or a chump?

The politician who gave billions of your tax dollars in bailouts in exchange for kickbacks of taxpayer money is promising you a job if you vote for them? If you take that deal does that make you a real man or a chump?

The politician who gave billions of dollars in stimulus in exchange for kickbacks is promising you a job if you vote for them. If you take that deal are you a real man or a chump?

The politician that authorized strangers to grope your privates at the airport wants you to vote for them because they are promising you a job. Whose top dog and who is the beach in that scenario?

The politician that sent your friends, relatives and classmates into Iraq and Afghanistan to be killed with no vision of the desired outcome wants you to vote for them because they are promising you a job? Does that seem like a fair exchange to you? Is that respectful of those that sacrificed? Is that honorable?

The politician who wants censor your internet wants you to vote for them because they are promising you a job? Does accepting that deal give you more liberty or further enslave you?

All the incumbent politicians want you to ignore my proposals for transparency and accountability in exchange for promising you a job? Which choice further enslaves you and which choice sets you free? Are you really willing to further enslave your friends, family, children and future generations for just the promise of a job?

And finally, man to man, which do you think women prefer? Men who have to grovel and be beholding to others for a job or Men who stake their claim for a livelihood as a right of Natural Law?

Forcing you to need a job and then promising you a job is one of the ways your government manages and manipulates you. You are so desperate to provide for your family that you do not see what the governments other hand is doing to undermine you.

AT YOUR CAUCUS

First, Show up early and network and discuss your ideas. Identify who is the old guard and who is the new guard. Form alliances. Get the crowd talking about the need for transparency and accountability.

Once the caucus starts, be aware of the rules. Be respectful but assertive.

Next, a favorite tactic of the corrupt status quo is to move to limit debate. New ideas and new perspectives take time to explain and discuss. If there is no time allotted to discuss change, no change will happen and the status quo will prevail. Vote against limiting debate.

Demand to ask candidates specific questions. For example, congresspersons should be asked did you vote for the bailout or the stimulus and if so, why should anyone ever vote for you again?

Don’t be shy, quiet or embarrassed. Mocking and Shunning are non-violent ways the status quo uses to stifle debate and change. What ever crazy stuff you have to say, say it. If you are not a good speaker, find an ally who is a good speaker.

Do not be swept up in the straw poll for president.

The president cannot do anything without congress.

Nominate your candidates for delegates and elected offices. Speak in favor of your candidates for delegate and elected office. Grill, vet and scrutinize your candidates for congress. Don’t let them tell you what they are going to promise in return for your vote. Demand that they promise much greater Government Transparency and Accountability along with Fiscal Responsibility. Not much else really is a priority this year.

Above all else share and instill in others, your belief in the necessity of much greater transparency and accountability of our government. And sadly but honorably, it is here you must commit this act of altruism and demand of your politicians that the current generation will bear the sacrifice necessary to pay down our debt and restore our Constitution rather than selfishly and cowardly thrust it upon our children and future generations.

Submit your resolutions. Please submit resolutions demanding transparency and accountability. Transparency and Accountability are the only way we are going to get our country to represent the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE again. AUTHOR’S REBUTTAL’S TO ALL EXCUSES

NOT TO ATTEND YOUR CAUCUS THIS YEAR

If you don’t go to your caucus, don’t bother to tell me how much you love and respect our military folks. If you are not willing to just go to a meeting to protect the liberties and freedoms they have fought and died for it is simply disrespectful of their sacrifice. All gave some, some gave all. Is it really too much to ask that you spend a couple of hours every four years to make sure everything they fought for is not slowly or swiftly eroded away?

If you don’t go to your caucus, don’t bother to tell much of a real man or a real woman you are. Real People aren’t selfish. Real People know that life is 90% have to and 10% want to. Real People make the time ensure to ensure the same liberties and freedoms others died to provide them are passed to future generations.

If you don’t go to your caucus, don’t bother to tell me how much you love your kids. Turn off the sports, the cable, the American Idol, the Housewives of Hollywood. Get off the couch and go to your caucus. The politicians are trying to put all the debt that we have racked up onto future generations. You tell me you love your kids, well then tell your politicians you want to bear the sacrifices now rather than thrust even more severe sacrifices on your children later…

If you don’t go to your caucus because you are shy, are uncomfortable in crowds or don’t want to expose yourself to ridicule? Tell that to the soldier missing a limb or life. I am no more comfortable than you are in these public situations. I force myself to be. Suck it up. And if you need the comfort of familiarity, take your friends and/or family with you.

And, if you don’t go to your caucus are because you just don’t care, don’t want to be bored, or would feel embarrassed because you are uninformed, perhaps the following will impart my sentiments toward you:
