When new fashion trends come about, sometimes it's easy to write them off without giving them a chance.
But, after an adjustment period, you may come to learn that you actually really like the new 'it' thing.
Such was the case for me with clogs. I couldn't grasp the concept of wearing them... After all, that they seem to always slide off of my feet when I walk did not seem practical for me to purchase a pair. (Besides, the name "clog," meaning, "a weight attached to the leg of an animal to hinder movement," just doesn't sound like something I wanna prance around in).
But now, a year later, I have been able to give them a second chance... And I am proud to say that I am in love.
And what a difference a year makes! The clog style has been updated and incorporated into platforms and hidden wedges... oh my! (And they're easier to walk in if you pair them with socks or tights).
