The lifetime confidentiality clause that Tiger wants Elin Nordegrento sign would would prevent her from ever writing a book about her marriage to Tiger Woods. It would also prevent Elin from granting any interviews related to Tiger himself, her marriage to him, or the details of their divorce.

This is another example of Woman taking advantage of their sexual being even if Tiger cheated, it was the women who put their bodies out in front of him only to provke his manley being which most men can't control and women know this especially when it involves millions. I think she is being very GREEDY but she does deserve millions for being his wife and the mother of the kids but to extort 750 million is definetely GREED. How will go to the GREEDY lawyers? I am not saying Tiger is right but for her to go after this amount makes her look like a GREEDY BITCH.
we should also remember that Elin is not American, so she might not take those deep rooted ideas regarding writing and spilling beans regarding one's private life..so I hope she does not write the book and takes the money given her and goes back to Sweden..

Their manly being which most men can't control? Yes, men CAN control their sexual urges. Tiger Woods chose not to do so. The $750 million demand is a bargaining tactic. She knows she won't get that. You ask for more than you can get, so you'll get something higher than what the other side wants to give. It's genious, ask for full custody, 750 million and full custody, and Tiger has to concede the demand for the confidentiality clause in order to get joint custody. It's genius. It was beyond arrogant that Tiger demanded her silence to protect his rep. Every one of his whores got *her* say in public and humiliated Elin. Go for it, girl Teach men that screwing around is not their birthright.
None of us knows if this $750m claim is even true. It's just one reporter who isn't quoting a named source, just a rumor.
Even if it is true, this is just a negotiating tactic by the attorneys. they always ask for the sky and then meet somewhere in the middle.
You can bet Tiger's lawyers asked for zero alimony, a lifetime no public statement clause, and $250 / month per child in support. This is the way all divorces go when ever both sides lawyer up. Don't judge either side by their lawyer's original demands.
Elin should just think of her kids, end the marriage amicably and move on. Yeah, revenge is sweet but utimately what are you gaining....material stuff aren't necessarily the important things in life. Tiger is no saint and I certainly don't condone his actions but move on and don't be greedy

Seriously? Nobody truly knows Tiger's net worth. If he's got 2 bil. saved up somewhere, then let her get $750M. (don't even say it's not possible because he can have investments, etc.) In the real world most settlements are based on certain percentages of income, savings, investments, etc. Not the number. Educate yourself before you pass judgement.
This "expert" is dumb as a post if it doesn't even occur to her that Nordegren held out on the confidentiality clause as a bargaining chip for a better settlement.
How about if Elin knows Tiger was using PED'S . That would destroy Tiger and any reputation he has left. That info weould be worth multi millions.
