You've probably read some of the thousands of books telling how easy it is to consciously create your life the way you dream it to be. Perhaps you've even watched some of the movies that showcase the process of conscience creating. You may have even experienced success in some areas of conscious creating. However, there are many people living lives not in line with their dreams. The question has to be asked, what is going on here? If consciously creating is as simple as thinking, feeling, and doing then why doesn't the process work equally for everyone?
While the process of conscious creating is very simple and easy; think it, feel it, be it; for most people there seems to be something that gets in the way between the thinking and the being. Look at it this way, you have spent your whole life believing the world to be a certain way. Your beliefs about money, relationships, GOD, and everything else are programed deeply within your Subconscious. Here is where the problem lies. What you really believe, what you've built your life on for years ago is in conflict with the thoughts that you are now attempting to use to build a new foundation of life experience. It is extremely difficult to bring something forth in the physical form that is in opposition to your programed beliefs .
While you may be choosing to think thoughts in line with what you wish to experience at your core you do not believe these things possible for you. Conscious statements are canceled out by the subconscious beliefs that you have held most likely since childhood. You may spend a great deal of time consciously thinking and stating, I am abundant , I am prosperous, yet when given the opportunity to express this state of being the subconscious beliefs kick in and are what you express in actions. For example; you find out that one of your coworkers and friends is in need of financial help. Now you've been saying to yourself that you were prosperous and successful and your first thought is to give money to help your friend or coworker out. Here is where the battle begins. The subconscious beliefs kick in and remind you of all the bills that will be due in the next week or two, you remember that you were wanting to buy a new car for your spouse, that the money you set aside just might be needed for some of these things. The old program wins out, you make the choice to keep your money reminding yourself how hard you worked for it and it's not your responsibility to take care of others anyway.
This type of thinking is self sabotage at its highest form. You have lost the opportunity to experience yourself as the abundance and prosperity that you wish to know yourself as. You, like most people automatically revert to subconscious beliefs which have been programmed into you since birth. Most people think that conscious creating is the process of saying something, adding the feeling of really having it and watching as it comes to pass in physical form. While this is true for those whose subconscious and conscious are in line with one another, for those who were still in conflict it does not work that way.
Reprogramming the subconscious requires a slightly different set of actions. Native Americans refer to this is “coyote medicine”, where you trick yourself into learning lessons. You want to trick your subconscious into changing its programming by taking actions before your thought process kicks in. In the example above you would take action before you gave yourself time to think about it. At the very moment that you were moved to offer financial help you would just do so. By taking action before allowing the subconscious beliefs to kicking in you will eventually reprogram the foundational beliefs so that they will line up with what you are consciously saying and thinking.
By becoming aware of when you're inspired to reach out and actually be abundance and prosperity, and by taking immediate action your subconscious will quickly come to realize a new set of beliefs. Once you change this foundational set of beliefs, thinking, feeling, acting will fall into line with the subconscious beliefs of well being, prosperity, and success.
