Why cannot many sign for Obama care?

The idea everybody to have health insurance is one of the greatest political achievements in history of the USA. It belongs to President Obama, the Professor and Nobel Prize winner for Peace. Such idea probably would not come in the head of somebody else and just having this effort is a wealth of democracy from historical perspectives.

However, the ideal model is something different than reality. Once one goes to sign for Obama care, it comes the conflict in the figures and structures. Who can pay $300 per month for health care? It is most like self-employee insurance. Even if there is a promise for gov assistance, why will the gov assist you? Government is not a factory for printing money. How many are happy with the fact that everywhere new $100? Also, millions in the USA have dependents in other countries which they cannot declare, so their incomes is non-realistic, since up to 50% may go for support of families abroad. However, the gov does not account such dependent support expenses.

Then, if one wants Obama care to be the future of America, there is a need of general reform of the medical industry, which is among the most profited industry in the USA. This industry is not for health, it is for profit. If one is in hospital, s/he pays for the bed and equipment, for the building, for the nurses, for the doctors and even for the insurance of the doctors. Now, with Obama care if gov subsidizes, more gov money will go in rich people hands who want more money.

To have Obama care like social security, it is clear that when one goes to the doctor should pay for the visit and not even for the chair where sits. The idea of Obama is great, but if Obama care wants to survive, there should be a general reorganization of the medical industry and drastically decrease in the prices of all medical services. Affordable health insurance cannot be more than $50-100 per month that should cover everything and without deductible.

America is able to make this step since it is still a country of democracy and global country of democracy means social country of democracy. Materially rich better than poor understands in America that they can be safe only if the poor are safe, and the poor are safe when they have safe subsistence level life and opportunity to become rich in America. With changing values of wealth as cultural wealth, and not only material wealth, many “poor” at subsistence level would feel happier than many materially rich, because of cultural wealth. This is the typical intellectual segment, for instance.

Obama care is a typical global experience of progress of culture, when success of democracy means restructuring of network of component committed to democracy and humanity.
