Those who usually purchase Girl Scout cookies have something to look forward to. The Girl Scouts have a new cookie for their 2013 season.
The Girl Scouts recently introduced Mango Creme cookies. These cookies are healthier. They are vanilla and coconut cookies with mango-flavored filling.
The ladies of "The View" tasted the new cookie on their morning talk show on Thursday, Jan. 17 only to have mixed reaction about how they taste.
Whoopi Goldberg's reaction to the new Girl Scout cookie wasn't a good way to introduce the cookie.
Watch the video to get the ladies' reaction especially the opinion of Whoopi Goldberg.
Whoopi said she was "so excited" to try the new creation on Thursday, before passing a plate of the cookies to her fellow co-hosts. She took a bite and it was pretty clear that she didn't like it.
She grimaced and slowed her chewing, as her co-hosts discussed the taste. "The point is it's tasteless," Barbara remarked. Sherri Shepherd said the cookies were "tangy," and she liked them.
Whoopi broke into the cross-talk. "I can't swallow it," she said. "I have no tissue."
Then, she added, "Some folks will love this. It's not for me."
