Whoopi Goldberg and Elisabeth Hasselbeck are "terrorists"

In this video clip, a few women of The View accuse the founders of We Won't Fly, James Babb and George Donnelly of being terrorists. Specifically, Whoopi Goldberg says these two men are similar to terrorists because they are disrupting airport procedures. Hasselbeck goes on to say that Mr. Babb and Mr. Donelly should be put on a list for their protest of the recently instituted TSA procedures.

As I discussed recently, the new TSA procedures are invasive, and border on sexual assault and molestation. The TSA is being sued by a flight attendant who alleges she was groped. A TSA agent broke a man's urostomy bag and left him covered in his own urine. Some TSA agents chose an 18-year-old girl for the naked scanner because she was attractive. One TSA worker has been charged with multiple counts of sex crimes involving a child (more details in original article).

Goldberg lamely excuses these actions by stating that not everyone gets patted down, and essentially makes the claim that this is not a big deal, because the measures keep people safe. (Because if only a few people are sexually assaulted, then it's ok, right?) Further, it is highly doubtful the procedures are even remotely related to safety. First of all, well before these scanners were instituted, a study by the National Security Counsel (NSC) indicated that an individual was 17,600 times more likely to die from heart disease than from a terrorist attack. A person was 87 times more likely to drown than die in a terrorist attack. A person was 9 times more likely to choke to death on their own vomit than die in a terrorist attack. A person was 8 times more likely to be killed by police than be killed in a terrorist attack (see all stats here).

Without arguing about the merits of the Patriot Act, and other civil liberties incursions before the naked scanners, as things stood in early 2009, heart disease, drowning, choking on vomit and police brutality were all far more pressing matters than terrorism. It has become clear that Michael Cherthoff, former Homeland Security Chief saw substantial financial benefit from the institution of the naked scanners and new TSA policies. As such, the more reasonable conclusion is that the motivation behind the naked scanners and new policies was political corruption, not the safety of Americans.

Thus, these particular ladies of The View encourage blind faith in authority, and excuse molestation, sexual assault, and civil liberties violations for reasons that appear questionable at best. These women are essentially demanding that innocent people endure violations of their privacy and their bodies merely because corrupt interests dictated that it be so. If we are to use Goldberg's loose definition of "terrorist," she and Hasselbeck must be considered some of the most reprehensible terrorists in the United States.

One of the greatest dangers to justice is that of domestic personalities who encourage the populace to behave like sheep and shun independent thought. If Mr. Babb and Mr. Donnelly are "terrorists" for protesting molestation, sexual assault and oppression, then certainly Ms. Goldberg and Ms. Hasselback are a far worse breed of terrorists - they not only excuse molestation, sexual assault and oppression, they discourage debate, dissent, and use fear and threatening tactics against those who dare speak out against such actions by government.

By endorsing TSA's most recent policies, these womens implicitly condone molestation, sexual assault, and abuse. Abuse and molestation have happened and will continue to happen. These incidents have been flooding the news, and Ms. Goldberg and Ms. Hasselbeck's continued approval of the TSA and its screening procedures demonstrates what can only be viewed as ignorant approval of such abuses, and a malicious agenda to silence those who do not harbor such servile approval.

Is there no limit to absurdities and acts that goverment do to be perceived as needed and when questioned why are labeled as obstinate heretics to the rules of state? This has been called Total sexual abuse and rightfully so. The Offiicials in position of power know it is rubbish that is why they laugh at the sheep and don't have to follow the same rules. Collective Fear stimulates herd instinct and produces haterd toward those who will not bleat in tune with the rest of the herd. Maybe this is a test to find how much of the whip the herd will allow in the name of fear. As these acts of stupid people show OBLOQUY is more feared than honor and courage to stop the abuse
