What you will need:

  • One wok or electric skillet
  • Beef roast – On sale at M&W Markets
  • Splash of cooking oil
  • Variety of vegetables – Onion, carrot, peppers, celery, cabbage, and mushrooms
  • Soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
  • Corn starch
  • Whole wheat thin spaghetti noodles

Ingredient amounts may vary depending on individual preference and number of servings. Allow ¼ to ½ cup sliced meat and one to two cups of vegetables per person. One half of the noodle serving indicated on the package should suffice.

Marinate the sliced meat for at least 20 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. The meat and vegetables may be prepared ahead for convenience.
