- 2 pounds butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 6 - 10 garlic gloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Melt 1 1/2 cups of butter. Reserve the rest at room temperature.
- Combine melted butter and garlic cloves in a food processor or blender and blend well.
- Add garlic butter mixture to room temperature butter.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Beat with electric mixer until thoroughly blended.
- Store in refrigerator.
Great on bread, chicken, steaks, vegetables, and biscuits.
