Check out the new Boulder County Celiacs Cel-kids group for gluten-free kids on Thursday. Stop by Friday to visit with Bill Eyl, President of Celiac Sprue Association, and to sample Mary Capone's delicious gluten-free cooking from her cookbook, The Wheat-Free Gourmet's Gluten-Free Italian. Round out the week with another gluten-free store tour on Saturday, followed by a cookbook signing with Elana Amsterdam, author of The Almond Flour Cookbook.
