See also

Perhaps you resolved to eat better this year, but have no idea how to start. There are now six Whole Foods Market’s in and around the Twin Cities and they have a program that can help. The Health Starts Here® program takes the guesswork out of choosing the right foods by providing assistance with a practical in-store guide and also labeling foods with the Health Starts Here® label. The program begins with what they call the Four Pillars of Healthy Eating which consists of: Focusing on whole foods, eating Plant-Strong™, Choosing healthy fats, and eating nutrient dense foods.

For more information, go to the Whole Food's Market website and view the short video clip. Additionally, each Twin Cities’ location offers classes, workshops, and events to help you on your wellness journey. Just click on store locator and enter your zip code to bring up the locations nearest you.
