Looking for a high quality food market, Whole Foods Market is the place to go. There are two locations in Baltimore city, Maryland and I frequent the location in Mt. Washington on Smith Ave. The prices on the products sold in Whole Foods Markets are comparable to the quality food it sells.
I was in the store a few days ago and was disappointed with the lack of service that I have come to expect from Whole foods Market. Whole Foods Market’s associates are known for going the extra mile to satisfy its customers. I was searching for an herb. I knew that if Whole Foods did not sell the herb, they would search the internet, order, and have it delivered to the store. That service was not offered to me! I had to request assistance from the customer service manager “Papa”, the store manager was unavailable.
Sharing my experience with Chad Woodmancy, Store Manager at Whole Foods in Mt. Washington, compelled me to write the article. Chad understands of what customers expect, generated from his professional articulation and compassion. It is a store manager like Chad, which will have a genuine affect on store associates to lead the way in customer service. His compassion for the customers that frequent his store will ensure the type of customer service that will generate revenue to a fine store as Whole Foods Market. Papa, Customer Service Manger, assistance was a mirror of what I would have expected from Chad. Chad’s exemplary customer service expectation appears to have an affect on his subordinates.
