Who's land is it anyway?

This is a continous battle among landowners, developers, and government. Developers want land to develop for commercial land use and landowners want land to be use for residential purposes. Then their are farmers which dependent on farmland to survive as well as provide for a hungering populace. Just like the battle for water resources the conflict can be very contentious. Finding a middle ground can be easier said than done. A compromise that is agreeable to all parties must be found. How and when is the real question. Meanwhile, the debate continues.
