Assembly Process Networking in the Metro Milwaukee Area
I am in search of local organizations that our team can network with to learn different ways of assembling. I am in the Beta phases of a new product and I am looking for new and innovative ways to assemble a medium volume (12K annually) with a high option mix. Do you know of an organization that has a product family assembly process that utilizes Lean processes (one-piece flow, Kanban, feeder cells, etc.)? An organization that produces between 10K and 30K units annually or a specific product family would fit the bill. Our Bruno Team would like to start networking with local companies during the month of July and August.
Any help that that you can offer would be greatly appreciated
