Who murdered D'Lisa Kelley?

D'Lisa Kelley was on her way to a wake for her best friend, who had been killed in a car accident, when she was attacked and murdered in an abandoned house. She had been missing for nearly a week before she was found, having been beaten in the head and strangled. Who did this to her? She was a mother, 8 weeks pregnant with her second child.

The loss felt by her friends and family is great. They held a candlelight vigil in remembrance of her Monday evening, in which 100 people, including D'Lisa's 2-year-old son, Dunyae, attended and thought of the joy she brought to their lives. They say they would prefer to remember what a wonderful person she was, rather than the brutal and horrific way her life was ended.

It was clear that she had been attacked, as an inadvertent call had allowed D'Lisa's sister, Jasmine, to hear the scuffle. She later received text messages from her sister, a now-obvious sign that there should have been concern.

Will there be any justice for D'Lisa Kelley? That likely depends on what evidence found at the scene will lead to persons of interest. As of now, there have been no arrests and police have no leads as to who the man heard yelling could be.
