Who Killed Chrissy?

In early June 1982, two young women from Pittsburgh—Beverly Simcic and 23-year-old Christine Casilio—went to Las Vegas for a vacation and to check out employment opportunities. Just weeks later, on June 25, Christine's body was found decomposing in the bathroom of her small studio apartment. The homicide remains unsolved to this day.

Beverly was interviewed by Las Vegas Metro detectives at the time. But in the over 30 years since, she hasn't shared her knowledge of events surrounding her friend's death with the public until now, with the writing of her new book, Who Killed Chrissy?

I'm going to interview Beverly on my Blog Talk Radio show Crime Wire, next Tuesday, March 12. Hopefully we'll be able to generate new interest in solving this cold case and getting justice for Chrissy.

You can catch the show live at our new time of 7:00 p.m. Eastern or play it back from the archives at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/insidelenz/2013/03/12/crime-wire
