Xavier Samuel is a young Australian actor who graduated from Flinders University Drama Centre in 2005.
Samuel played Hamlet in one of his college productions. Since then he has worked professionally in both theater and film.
He portrayed the main character in an Australian feature film September (2007).
It has been confirmed that Xavier has been cast in Eclipse, the third film in the Twilight franchise based on the best-selling books by Stephenie Meyer.

In Twilight's saga Eclipse, Xavier will play Riley, a good-looking college student and newborn vampire.

It's unexpected, especially since many people have shared who they would like to see as Riley (I think Channing Tatum was one pick), and many of us have other pictures of who Riley is in our minds, but I think he'll do! I love hearing about newly added actors and actresses!
Yea, it wasent realy how i pictured him, but im sure if they picked him he will do a good job.
