Who can we trust today? Michael's Circle of Love: INTERVIEW FOUR

“I’m here. I love you. I don’t care if you need to stay up crying all night long, I will stay with you. There’s nothing you can ever do to lose my love. I will protect you until you die, and after your death I will still protect you. I am stronger than Depression and I am braver than Loneliness and nothing will ever exhaust me.”

The video and the picture show the beauty of trust. In the video, a child rushes to Pope Francis in tears and tells him a secret, The pope hugs him and actually cries with him. This is a picture of trust. Trust is like love, and it is not something that comes easily. It is as precious and amazing as grace. Children trust Pope Francis. How beautiful is that? Sadly, many of us have not experienced the beauty of trusting, or being trusted. That has even been found to be the case with some of the highest leaders

“One of the biggest obstacles we face is the one of trust,” Boehner, R-Ohio, told reporters at a news conference Thursday. “There’s widespread doubt about whether this administration can be trusted to enforce our laws and it’s going to be difficult to move any immigration legislation until that changes."

Boehner does not trust Obama. It is perhaps true that President Obama doesn't trust Speaker Boehner either. In a sense, it means that they do not practice the Golden Rule. If they cannot care about each other, how can the care about a country? That is really dangerous as there are millions of people depending on leaders to trust each other.

To be someone that can be trusted is one of the greatest honors a person can be given. Trust is the reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, of a person or thing; confidence.

"John Gottman, in his new book The Science of Trust, he changes the way most of us think about trust. Most of us believe that trust is an idea, a belief. But Gottman redefines trust as an action, not that you or I do, but what our parters( or those whom we have entrusted our secrets do.) Gottman found that we trust because of what our Partners (our trusted ones) do.

The difficult thing about Mr Gottmans 'discovery' is that it leads one to see what is wrong with others as opposed to what is right. Trust is a major part of what love truly is. It is special, very special. In the following interview, one can hear how much trust and love was instilled into the interviewee by Michael's Circle of Love.

How did MCOL come about?

MCOL first started for me in the MJFC Spiritual thread. I remember I had just purchased a computer and was wondering what I should begin to look up. It was January of 2010, Michael had just transitioned in June and when he transitioned, I literally felt an energy, a spark into my being as many of us had felt. As I explored my new pc, Michael was in the forefront of my mind and soul. The very first thing I saw was the forum. I had never been in a forum before so this was quite new. As I was navigating through MJFC, I saw the “Spiritual Thread”, I then received an invitation to join the thread from a member. Ever since then, MJFC/MCOL have been my family, guided by Michael. I am so grateful to him, because I would not be writing these words if it weren't for him.

Tell us a little about yourself and what MCOL means to you.

I’ve worked for a Communications company for almost 14 years. I have 3 children and 2 grandsons. I lost a daughter in 2010 to suicide and that was the darkest and hardest period of my life. Nothing can fill the emptiness of losing a child. And at that the MCOL group came together and provided more love, support and ONE-ness than I ever could have imagined. They truly were my family to get me through this horrible tragedy. The spiritual love sent across thousands of miles, every single day was what Michael had guided as an enormous venue of love. Without MCOL, I never would have made it through, thus THEY are my family in every sense of the word.

Are there any special rules?

No, no rules, just love. We encourage others to speak about difficulties if they wish as we sending love to one another as well, but no negativity, derogatory statements about people especially Michael. Everyone has a right to state their own beliefs and we embrace differences, however if negativity enters we talk about it in a loving way to leave negativity and focus on the harmony of love. MCOL means EVERYTHING to me, more than words can express.

What is acceptable and unacceptable to be a member of MCOL?

MCOL means EVERYTHING to me as well and has since its beginnings. I go through each and everyday with Michael the circle in my heart every single day, even if I can’t write everyday. This group as I have said, is my family. I think a love for Michael and his message is what would draw someone to the group in the first place, so I would say that being a journey spiritual seeker, would be the entrance way, more than a rule.

Is MCOL a faith journey?

It is a constant journey, as far as faith goes we may all have our own religious beliefs, but Michael’s faith, is a faith in humanity, love for the planet and the children. A faith that as he thought, we CAN HEAL the world and that’s what the group tries to instill in our purpose

What does the group believe?

We believe in ONE-ness of all the earth, which we are all part of each other. We all have are different strengths and gifts, but we all make up ONE. We keep this in mind daily with our everyday activities and with each other, but it doesn’t stop there, our goal is to MAKE THAT CHANGE into ONE-ness and by the MCOL group we spiritual give these gives and venture out with this spirituality towards our fellow man, animals and earth

How would you describe your personal faith journey now?

Ever growing, ever learning, ever expanding, and ever seeking.

Can you tell a little about the collective journey?

We share collective spiritual encouragement and support for each other, not only when things are great to share but in the most difficult of circumstances. This collective group is the most loving, encouraging, supportive group I have ever experienced and by the way this is the only group I have ever been a part of and why this is my family, and it is all due to Michael..he guided us all here.

How have you grown?

I think we all continue to grow and have much more growing to do, this is due to Michael and all the group, we live in each other..all part of ONE.

Has God AS YOU UNDERSTAND HIM/HER blessed Mcol ?

I believe as long as our intentions are right and true, God has his hand and approval in it. We are not perfect by any means, but I do believe what we try to instill with the guidance of our brother Michael, His light will shine.

Looking at your personal gifting/passions, how would you prioritize the typical roles of leadership/maturity in the group?

We ALL have our gifts, which incredibly come out in various forms and situations, which makes up ONE body. All is needed, I wouldn’t know how to prioritize this.
Leading, Teaching, and Mentoring? What is your vision for a spiritually effective MCOL in the future?
To spiritually grow, grow, grow and this expands to others, this is our hope and goal.

What is your philosophy for developing oneness?

Unconditional love, compassion and the joining of the spiritual ONEness. For all the earth.

What role do you see Mcol taking in the future?

Growing as a soul family.

How does Michael Jackson touch the faith of Mcol? What or who else (past and present) has shaped your beliefs?

Jesus is the first I try to shape myself after and Michael was such a believer and a beautiful modern example of humbleness, truth, purity of heart in our modern world, I can’t help and am proud to say he has shaped me and my experiences. I also believe one of my purposes as well is with animals, specifically I have been a member of the Yorkie Rescue about 12 years now. These are always special needs animals, the forgotten, the sick, and the throw away animals.

Many times dogs have been placed with me as their last place in life. It is my job and in my soul to make sure these beautiful animals feel and know they are loved before going to their Rainbow Bridge. Each one has been such a blessing in my life adding another layer of love. These beautiful ones are always so grateful, yet I benefit more from them, than they do me. This has been a wonderful blessing in life.

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)
