Whitney Houston's mother Cissy slams Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party invite

Whitney Houston’s brother Gary Houston and sister-in-law Pat Houston arrived in Los Angeles to attend Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party on Feb. 9, according to a TMZ report.

Houston’s brother Gary along with his wife Pat, - who also managed the singer – told the website they were there to “support Clive”.

Meanwhile, Houston’s mother Cissy Houston reportedly slammed Davis’ invitation saying, "I got an invitation to the party, which is the most obscene thing. I don't know why they would want me to come to the party in which she died, you know? I guess maybe he just sent me a copy for remembrance sake."

Cissy released a book earlier this month called “Remembering Whitney,” which chronicles the life of the legendary singer but Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is reportedly outraged about the tell-all.

Houston was in L.A. for Davis' famed pre-Grammy bash when she died suddenly from an alleged drug induced heart attack on Feb. 11 last year.
