White Truffle Feast at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow in November

The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow has announced a delectable menu for the month of November to celebrate the start of the white truffle season.  Executive Chef, Nicolas Courtois, has created an assortment of sophisticated offerings available from November 1 through November 30 at the Caviarterra restaurant. 

The planned white truffle menu includes the following options:

Starter
Traditional Beef Carpaccio with Mixed Green Salad / 800 RUR
Pear and Duck Confit Salad / 900 RUR

Hot Appetizer
Warm White Asparagus with Poached Egg Chives Mousseline Sauce / 1100 RUR
Grilled Scallops with Minestrone Vegetable and Parmesan Foam / 1400 RUR

Main Course
Poached Turbot with Creamy Fettuccine, Baby Artichoke, Tomato Petals and Chicken Light Gravy / 2200 RUR
Slowly Cooked Veal Tenderloin with Potato Mousseline, Braised Radicchio / 2000 RUR
Vegetable Risotto with Fennel, Artichoke, Asparagus and Romanesco / 1250 RUR

White Chocolate Kahlua Cream Brulee Scented with Whites Truffles and Berries / 700 RUR

For a truly unique experience, dishes can be served with white truffles sliced by the waiter tableside.  The price for the truffle will be announced in November and is subject to seasonal fluctuations starting from 900 RUR per gram.  

The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow is located just off the Red Square, next to the Kremlin, in the heart of the cultural and business center of Russa's capital.  The hotel also features the O2 Lounge on the 12th floor, which offers incredible views of the Kremlin and Red Square.
