Still working on ham or turkey left over from the holidays? Use these as toppings for a white pizza.

This recipe for white pizza (a pizza without tomato sauce) was developed by Food Channel guru Robin Miller for her book Quick Fix Meals. The original recipe makes use of leftover baked chicken, but white meat turkey, ham or even lamb can certainly be used in place of the chicken. Sprinkle on some grated Parmesan and shredded Mozarella and give those leftovers a makeover.

White Pizza
Dough for 1 12" pizza, thawed if frozen
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. diced salami
1 c. sliced roasted red peppers
1/2 c. pitted green olives, sliced and drained
1 c. shredded mozarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out pizza dough into 12" circle; pat into prepared pizza pan or baking sheet.
Top dough with chicken, salami, peppers and olives. Sprinkle cheeses over meat. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until crust is browned.
