On Thursday, September 8, 2011, a 38-year-old Canadian observed a round white unidentified flying object in the sky over the Greater Toronto Area (Vaughan). This UFO sighting took place during the day, in broad daylight.
The UFO was captured on video. The video shows a luminescent round orb that moved quickly across the sky for a very brief moment. The path it followed appeared to be nearly in the shape of an imperfect arc or semi-circle.
The UFO had the same color and visual texture of a cloud, but it was easily visible against the blue-gray sky. It also seemed like it was glowing, or lit from within, with a soft white light.
This exciting new video was originally uploaded to YouTube by 2New2Town. This YT user is new to the popular video sharing service and only opened the account one day after the UFO footage was recorded. The following is his description of the event:
"I was visiting a friend in the GTA [Greater Toronto Area, Canada] this week when I was outside on the phone I saw this and switched to my camera app but lost it shortly after when it went (into/above ?) the clouds. Did anybody else see it? It was on Thursday the 8th."
