The Pittsburgh cop-killer was a devotee of the Glenn Beck/We Surround Them and StormFront movements. His belief that the election of Barack Obama signals the rise of tyranny that must be opposed by any means necessary was supported rhetorically by the right wing talk radio echo chamber. While some may speak of military insurrection, overthrowing the government, secession or right wing cells, some individuals don’t organize they take action.
The Tea Party Movement was organized to oppose the president’s economic program of tax cuts for 95 percent of Americans and support for the working class. Unfortunately, like the Sarah Palin rallies, violent elements feel right at home. The White Supremacist group StormFront is encouraging its members to join the tea party. The rhetoric is chilling:

Whites Forward-upper Midwest “Who says we're going in with only a focus on taxes, or that many of the folks in these protests aren't also concerned about our people to some degree? Go where our people are starting to stand up around symptoms of the problem, and INTERVENE to guide them. Just because these started as an anti-tax protest doesn't mean that they must be limited and can't be developed upward toward an explicitly racial mass struggle. At the very least, you will find some Whites who are receptive...you will make gains one way or the other.
We are intervening to resolve the crisis of White racial leadership, point the way to real racial solutions and organize our people into an independent powerful force that fight for our race by any means necessary to resolve our racial problems with real solutions.
No one is going to do the job of the White Nationalists for us. Non-WNs aren't going to hand some ready-made struggle over for us to put in the microwave when we're hungry. We got to do our own cooking, from scratch, starting with the spontaneously presented ingredients and our own utensils and OUR recipe. Get in the kitchen and cook up something delicious!
It won't immediately lead to a revolution, but it certainly could---with an exemplary intervention of White Nationalists---become the beginnings of a real racial mass movement that fights back."

That's hilarious - will what Obama does for the working class come close to the billions he has given (of working class tax dollars) to the banksters who were/are the greatest financiers of his campaign.

I worked security at the Manchester,NH Tea Party.
these sorts of people were not welcome. as far as I know they did not even show up. they certainly did nothing to identify themselves at any rate.
"white power" groups usually associate with the Nazi party. NAZI stands for "Nationalist Socialist" in case you have forgotten. or, to use the "new term"..nationalist progressive.
I was at the tea party in Seattle. I am a veteran of 10 years, and there was NOTHING racist about this event. The only reason why we assembled was because we didnt want to raise taxes.....Ron Moore is making something out of nothing. It makes me sick to think that my friends died so this man can have an opinion and not be shot in the head for it.

I have been to several "Tea Party" events in my State, and I can tell you there was absolutely no evidence of "White Nationalism" or racism. The people I talked to there were simply Middle Class Americans who are sick of the direction this country is headed.
It's obvious that the MSM is ramping-up the attacks on the Tea Partyers. They've had an impact on the political climate in this country and they're a threat to the establishment, so they must be discredited as much as possible before the elections.
White Nationalism is anti-Constitution.
I went to one Tea Party event last April. There wasn't a single White Nationalist there to my knowledge. This is a really dumb article.
