Mr. Bassett’s declarations came during the course of a wide-ranging 2-hour interview with reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre on Mr. Bassett's campaign to break the embargo on questions by the White House press corps on the issue of extraterrestrial disclosure. Mr. Bassett’s revelations and research by this reporter reveal that the extraterrestrial truth embargo continues to be enforced through a peer pressure White House media infrastructure played out with White House press corps reporters.
One the one hand, the White House Press Association screens out mainstream media reporters like Mr. Cox who want the ET/UFO issue raised, and through peer pressure ensures that the White House press corps will not ask the White House questions, on penalty of informal career sanctions. On the other hand, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs dodges any questions asked to him about the Obama administration’s policy on the extraterrestrial presence.

Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs on CSPAN dodges a question about Obama administration policy on the extraterrestrial presence (White House lawn July 24, 2009).
The White House Press Association (WHCA) is essentially a trade association for the White House press corps. Its mission states, “Since 1914, the White House Correspondents' Association has operated independently of the White House and the White House credentialing process. We intend for the White House Correspondents' Association to remain independent of that process. Consistent with the First Amendment, the White House Correspondents' Association stands for inclusiveness in the credentialing process so that the White House remains accessible to all journalists. We hope that individual episodes do not obscure the broader principles of a fair and evenhanded credentialing process that serves the goal of free and full exchange of information.”
The White House Press Association's membership requirements, set out under a sprawling image of former Pres. George W. Bush, emphasize that it is an association limited to White House press corps and state: “The applicant's principal journalistic assignments must involve White House coverage.”
The White House Press Association's role in media credentialing – although formally independent of the White House – functionally operates to bring the WHCA member within the peer pressure matrix of the White House media infrastructure.
This pivotal role of the WHCA led Mr. Bassett to design the a program (Million Fax on Washinton.org) focused on bringing pressure on WHCA to convince its White House press corps members to break the embargo on questions to the White House press secretary and the U.S. President on Obama policy toward the extraterrestrial issue.
Mr. Bassett states, the Million Fax on Washington is “a renewed international effort to convince Barack Obama to end a 62-year truth embargo preventing formal government acknowledgement of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. Also renewed is pressure on the White House press corps to start asking appropriate questions and demand appropriate answers about connections between key members of the Democratic Party – Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, John Podesta, Leon Panetta and Bill Richardson – and the UFO/ET issue.
“Since June 1, 2009 letters, faxes and emails from around the world have been sent to the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) insisting the reporters in the White House press corps begin asking politically related UFO/ET questions and receive appropriate answers.”
WHCA, the White House & press questions about extraterrestrial/UFO policy
Million Fax on Washington appears to have exposed the media gate keeping by the White House Press Association, the White House press corps and the White House press office on public questions to press secretary Robert Gibbs and to President Obama on the extraterrestrial presence.
The Durant report of the 1953 U.S. CIA Robertson panel mandated a policy of obligatory debunking and ridicule regarding the extraterrestrial presence and any mention of UFOs. By creating a peer pressure media White House infrastructure which prevents any White House press corps questions from being asked about U.S. government extraterrestrial policy, the Obama administration and the WHCA are functionally continuing to comply with the mandate of the 1953 U.S. CIA Robertson panel.
The Obama White House media infrastructure around the issue of extraterrestrial policy appears to be designed to create a situation of zero public information regarding the extraterrestrial presence or U.S. governmental policy, until an official state-controlled "disclosure" might take place. The initial anti-ET/UFO gate keeping started at the White House itself, with the elimination of any references to the extraterrestrial or UFO issue from the White House briefing book. Mr. Bassett states, “In similar fashion thousands of letters, faxes and emails to the President Elect and the President since November 4, 2008 demanding Barack Obama end the truth embargo and call for congressional hearings on the UFO/ET issue have not been acknowledged by the White House – no response. Furthermore, the Citizen’s Briefing Book generated during the transition by the Change.gov website was stripped of all UFO/ET related input to the Book prior to submission to the President. This is not acceptable. France, Denmark, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Brazil, Russia, the United Kingdom [and soon New Zealand] and other countries have recently released tens of thousands of UFO/ET related files into the public domain. The message to the U.S. is clear, ‘If you do not end this truth embargo, one of us will.’ Either Russia or China would benefit enormously by acting first on this issue.”
Billy Cox the disclosure paradox
Mr. Bassett’s smoking gun that the White House Correspondents’ Association is blocking efforts to educate its White House press corps members to break the embargo and ask Robert Gibbs or President Obama questions about its extraterrestrial policy is Sarasota Times reporter Billy Cox.
Mr. Bassett revealed in the January 23, 2010 ExopoliticsRadio.org interview that the blocking by the White House Correspondents’ Association to educating the White House press corps on the extraterrestrial presence has reached a point where it will not even return Mr. Cox’s phone calls on the subject – Mr. Cox being an accredited journalist (though not a member of the White House press corps.)
Mr. Cox attacks key extraterrestrial-related disclosures
As a journalist, however, Mr. Cox has systematically attacked extraterrestrial-related disclosures that did not fit into the limits of his reportorial knowledge or conceptual framework.
For example, at the 2007 X-Conference National Press Club press conference, this reporter gave a preview of U.S. government whistleblower Andrew D. Basiago’s Project Pegasus teleportation and time travel experiences, which have now been independently validated by a second time control scientist, Dr. David L. These experts agree that time travel and teleportation are the most crucial new energy inventions which will literally transform our permanent war economy into a sustainable, thriving positive future.
Mr. Cox dismissed this 2007 disclosure report of time travel and teleportation and its potential for the future in a “spike” article without scientific references. This reporter effectively refuted Mr. Cox in a response article. Mr. Cox’s article objectively called his own good faith as a disclosure reporter into question.
Mr. Cox had earlier shown lack of bona fides as a disclosure reporter, on the subject of life on Mars. In June 2005 at the Washington DC X-Conference, this reporter presented evidence for an intelligent civilization living under the surface of the planet Mars, our nearest celestial neighbor, together with an exopolitical policy plan for public interest diplomacy with this Martian human civilization. Mr. Cox publicly dismissed the evidence for an intelligent civilization living under the surface of Mars without stating any grounds. Yet we now have U.S. government whistleblowers, former DOD scientist Arthur Neumann and former Project Pegasus participant Andrew D. Basiago both stating independently that they have teleported to U.S. bases on Mars and have interacted with an intelligent human Martian civilization. We now know as well from NASA Mars Rover Spirit photographs that the surface of Mars is a fragile post collapse ecology teeming with species of humanoid and animal life.
Quantum access teleportation, time travel and time control, and the issues of the intelligent civilization on Mars and the fragile Mars ecology are core, central issues of the disclosure movement and of extraterrestrial disclosure. There are U.S. bases on Mars, interacting with a known Martian human civilization living underground that may face challenges from species on the surface Martian ecology. Teleportation and time control have the potential to transform our use of energy and our civilization.
For Mr. Cox to journalistically attack one of these issues may be a – coincidence. But to go on journalistic “spike” attacks against the key disclosure issues of teleportation and time travel, and life on Mars seems more than coincidental.
It would appear, unless Mr. Cox comes forward with reasons why he holds these anti-disclosure views, that he is in fact acting against the interests of the extraterrestrial disclosure movement and should not be at the vanguard of efforts at the White House Press Association to educate the White House press corps about the extraterrestrial presence and the disclosure of new, vital technologies.
How to break the media logjam in the White House press corps
I once had the privilege of having White House press corps credentials, which were granted to me personally by U.S. President Jimmy Carter’s press secretary Jody Powell during Mr. Carter’s visit to Mexico City in 1979. I covered Mr. Carter’s visit as a journalist from the extraterrestrial disclosure point of view.
The media logjam that has been constructed between the White House Press Association, the White House press corps, and the White House press secretary is not going to be deconstructed by the involvement of journalists like Billy Cox - or for that matter disclosure activists - who repeatedly dismiss the core issues of disclosure like civilian extraterrestrial policy toward Mars, and disclosure of secret U.S. government teleportation and time travel programs, all of which are extraterrestrial related and are the mechanisms by which the U.S. government’s extraterrestrial infrastructure is operated.
The media logjam will be deconstructed by a wave of genuine whistleblowers, a popular groundswell, and transformational, ethical journalists who understand and conceptually own the importance of the evidence of authentic whistleblowers like Project Pegasus veteran Andrew D. Basiago regarding life on Mars, and the realities of time travel and teleportation. This groundswell of public opinion will come to know how the national security state and the permanent war economy uses these technologies and secret extra-planetary access to control our lives, when they should be used to liberate us into a positive future. You believe they block questions because they want to block disclosure. That is incorrect. The truth is they block questions because they see it as a mentally ill fringe group along with hundreds of other mental illness groups. The Secretary sees it his job to filter out mental illness questions.
Indeed, Alfred. There is an invisible psychological barrier (Robertson Panel) that has been put in place not just with the White House press corps, but with most major media reporters who wish to have access to the White House. If one crosses this line we can expect to see a reporter out on their ear, permanently. Does anyone remember what Sam Donaldson asked President Clinton concerning Juanita Broederick? This is not meant to be a digression. It only illustrates that Donaldson had the credentials and years of trust not to ask an uncomfortable question. Cox on the otherhand is someone that can be seen and felt a mile away. This is no fault of Cox. However, it might be wise for an unknown reporter to keep his "real" question to himself and posit before the briefings a benign one to the White House corps. Only then will we have a free press. Unfortunately, this reporter will have to accept that his career in the main stream media will be over. Is there another way?
