Fans of "White Collar" were upset by the news that season six would be the last for Neal and his friends. USA has given the series six last episodes to wrap up the journey of Neal Caffrey. On May 21, TV Line shared the latest on the upcoming season. Matt Bomer played a big part in creating this final season for its fans.

Bomer revealed to TV Line that the plot for the final season came from him. He had an idea, and he shared it with Tim Dekay and Willie Garson. The three of them went to Jeff Eastin to share their idea, and it grew into the plot for the final season. Bomer thinks the plot is a "fun and fitting" way to end the USA series.

According to International Business Times, production on the final season has not yet started. Production on the final six episodes is set to start next month. Filming will take place in New York City. The city has been a backdrop for the action in the series since day one.

Details of the plot of the final season have not yet been revealed, but more spoilers for season six of "White Collar" should start to leak out once production begins on the series. Jeff Eastin is known to share bits of information on his Twitter as filming happens on the series.

"White Collar" has definitely been a huge hit for USA. Six seasons is a lot for any series. Most shows don't survive season one. Neal Caffrey managed to bring in viewers with his charm and a story that made fans want to watch week after week. USA is giving the character a chance to finish his story instead of leaving it hanging with a quick cancellation.

What do you think? Are you ready for the end of this USA series? "White Collar" will return with season six later this year.
