Neal: “Women fall for inmates. It’s a thing. They’re called prison buddies.”

Sara: “The weird gets weirder.”

Diana: “Says the only woman in the room who’s actually dated an inmate.”

Elizabeth and Peter end up being taken hostage by two thieves, Oz and Penny. What’s interesting about this storyline is that most of it is spent with Peter and Elizabeth. It’s not mostly about the FBI and their search to find the Burkes. Yes, there are scenes with the FBI, but the episode isn’t spent following them around town, interrogating people, or going undercover to try to piece together the puzzle. It’s a different type of case. This isn’t a criticism or anything, just a comment. Peter and Elizabeth manage to find out the same information as the FBI, a little bit more even, by talking to Oz and Penny. Did you enjoy the case?

Penny and Oz are in love. Their crime spree is actually him fulfilling his promises to her. What’s a little strange is there is really a comment on how Penny broke Oz out of prison. It’s not an easy feat, but it is just stated and the viewers are supposed to accept it. What’s great about Penny and Oz is that they are actually likeable. It’s easy to fall in love with them. Elizabeth does and even Peter does. The writers do a good job of fleshing out these characters. What would have been great is to have Oz and Penny talk about their first meeting or well exchange of letters. Did you fall in love with Penny and Oz?

This is a great relationship episode. Peter and Elizabeth get to bond over a romantic getaway, or well a romantic getaway gone wrong. They both talk about their love, and they get to educate a younger couple. Sara is back, and she and Neal have sort of a relationship storyline. It’s strange to bring her back in after all this time, and then pose a roadblock to their relationship like her possibly getting a job in London. It’s great to see her again because she and Neal have great chemistry together. What did you think of all the romance? Did you enjoy seeing Sara again?
