White chocolate lemon brownies

Brownie Ingredients
2 oz. white chocolate
¾ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, room temp
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Glaze Ingredients
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350º. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in a microwave in 15-second increments, stirring in between. Make sure that it doesn’t burn! In a mixer, cream the sugar and butter. Beat in the flour and salt, then add in the melted chocolate, which should be cooled down. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Beat this into the chocolate mixture until well combined.

Grease an 8x8 pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. While the brownies are cooling, make your glaze but whisking the powdered sugar and lemon juice together. Pour over the top of the brownies and enjoy your treat!
