White chocolate Easter bark recipe

This recipe is great for any Holiday or occasion. For Easter, you can use the pastel colored choclate malt candies and for Christmas you could use the red and green ones. If you are going to make this candy for other occasions you could always use the regular milk chocolate colored malt balls.

White Chocolate Easter Bark

  • 1 bag white chocolate baking disks (featured in the picture)
  • 2 cups of chocolate malt balls (such as Whoppers), chopped

Line 2 cookie sheets with no-stick foil.
Melt chips in a double broiler on medium/high heat on the stove.
When melted remove from heat and add candies.
Spoon by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans.
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes, until hard to the touch.
Move to an air tight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

These candies do freeze well for several months.
