Chances are you have the ingredients for this basic cookie recipe in your pantry right now. Although, you may have to run out for the white chocolate chips and heath bar pieces, this recipe is worth the trip to the store!
White Chocolate, Heath Bar Cookies
- 1 box (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs, large
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Heath bar pieces (found in a bag near the chocolate chips at the grocery store)
Preheat oven to 350*.
Line 2 cookie sheets with no-stick foil.
In a bowl, with a fork, combine cake mix, eggs, butter, brown sugar and cocoa.
When combined, stir in chips and candy pieces.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets.
Bake for 13-14 minutes. Cool and store airtight.
* Heath candies will melt when baking.
