HAS ANYONE SEEN A SHOWING OF "BIRTH OF THE BEATLES" IN RECENT YEARS? I RECALL SEEING IT A LONG TIME AGO, AND THINKING IT WAS REALLY WELL DONE. BUT IT SEEMS TO HAVE DISAPPEARED. I THINK DICK CLARK MAY OWN IT, BUT WHY IS IT OUT OF CIRCULATION?
When I interviewed Mark Lewis of Rain, who did the music for that film, he told me that Apple didn't support the film and made Rain say in every advertisement that it wasn't the Beatles doing the music. There was a quick "blip" or promo on CNN today that on Dec 3rd thru the 8th,there gonna be some kind of countdown till the 8th of December .....I guess it's gonna be some special shown on CNN called,LOST LENNON. It was a quick 5 second promo,so it was hard to catch.Anybody know more information on this program?
Hi Steve, do you know anything about something on tv over there called 'John Lennon the last three months'?, i'm not sure if it's a stand alone doco, or a report on a news show, thanks, Greg.
Greg: CNN is running something called "Losing Lennon -- Countdown to Murder" on Dec. 4. It's a standalone.
