Where to eat after Run or Dye 5K at Qualcomm Stadium (Photos)

Run or Dye is a unique running experience. According to their website, they describe themselves as

"a color-blasted celebration of life, friendship, fitness, and fun."

They advertise themselves as a family-oriented but not pet-friendly event. Run or Dye travels around the United States helping to support local charities.

Mission Valley's Qualcomm Stadium was predominantly pink Saturday morning. Many had gathered for a 5K run that uses color as a driving force that brought people together.

The organization, itself, however, may have a few things to learn from their April 6, 2013 San Diego experience. Water was not provided and some people sneaked their dogs in, according to one of the participants.

Another one of the participants, Hiyasmin Vargas, continued to celebrate, "life, friendship...and fun" with her girls at Hooters Mission Valley, according to an e-mail interview.

Some other places to check out Saturday after the race are:

Even though the 5k fun is all over. The dining fun will not cease to exist anytime soon. Eat responsibly.
