  • Rusty Scupper New Year’s Eve Extravaganza: A four-course dinner with a champagne toast at midnight, the New Year’s Eve party will feature music, dancing and great views of the fireworks from the restaurant’s third-floor deck. $100 (general), $115 (premier window seating) per person. 9pm-1am.   • Oliver Speck's Eats and Drinks: Featuring a whole roasted hog from Catoctin Mountain Farms as part of a price fixed menu. Seatings at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm. $65 per person. (10pm seating has the option to purchase a drink wristband for $45 which will include rail liquor, domestic bottled beer, sparkling, red & white wines until 1am.) Call for reservations: 410-528-8600.
  • RA Sushi Baltimore: RA Sushi will host a New Year’s Eve bash on Tuesday, December 31 from 7 p.m. to close. Enjoy food and drink specials throughout the night.
  • B&O American Brasserie: Seatings at 6, 8 and 10pm. 3-course dinner ($65) plus pairings for an additional $20 or 5-course dinner ($90) plus pairings for an additional $30.
