Colorado woman Kelsie Schelling vanished over a week ago, and was last seen around the 4th. As of Feb. 13, 2013 this 21-year-old woman still hasn't been found and her loved ones are hoping someone in the public can offer assistance. Have you seen this beautiful young woman? KKTV News reports that the family doesn't know why she disappeared or where she might be. What is known, however, is that she was last seen in Pueblo where her boyfriend resides.
It should be noted that as of now officials do not yet suspect foul play in her disappearance. She is simply categorized as a missing person, but it is concerning that she hasn't been in contact with her loved ones in over a week. It's been stated time and time again, but it is always relevant: The first 48 to 72 hours of a disappearance are the most vital in finding clues and bringing a missing person home safely. With the media only just now getting involved in the search for her, it's hard to speculate on what the outcome might be.
Kelsie Schelling is described as being a white female with a tan complexion who stands at 5'4" and 12l lbs. She has dark brown hair and hazel eyes and is said to have multiple tattoos -- including a Chinese symbol on the back of her neck and cursive writing on her left arm. The missing woman will turn 22-years-old next week, so hopefully she is found in time to enjoy those festivities with her loved ones.
