The numbers are out, and the City of Byram, Mississippi, one year old now, ranks 61st out of all of the municipalities in the State when it comes to Sales Tax, which puts it in the top 20 percent in that category. But where has all the money gone? It certainly hasn't gone to fixing the streets, among other things that the new city needs. Maybe the illegitimate "mayor," Nick Tremonte, would like to answer that question at a future city council meeting.
