Advanced Mind-Body medicine: training program schedule.
- Saturday, January 28th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm: registration/orientation.
- Sunday, January 29th from 6:30 am to 6:15 am: combination yoga, meditation, breathing and specific movements are on the list.
- Monday, January 30th from 6:30 am to 1:30pm: the proposed program for that day will be an integration of yoga and mindfully exercises.
- Tuesday, January 31st from 6:30 am to 5:45 pm: yoga and other activities will be on the schedule.
- Wednesday, February 1st (last day) from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm: yoga, active meditation and guided imagery.
What is mind and body medicine?
