To continue this column’s recent theme of the kinds of bad bosses that are found in the workplace and what employees can do about them, here is another problem that many employees face—the boss that has no life. This topic was discussed on NPR’s “Workplace Woes” segment a few years back when a caller asked what she could do about her clingy boss who was trying to get too close for comfort. Workplace consultant Ben Dattner gave her some useful advice that you can listen to below.
