When Life Gives You Lemons....Detox!

Unless we are born into prestige or have a fairy god mother, life can be a challenge. Sometimes when our efforts don't seem to matter what can make matters worse is when life throws us lemons. Just those little annoying things that we hadn't planned on having to deal with is ours to overcome, like those winter pounds we discovered we gained as we tried on last years summer shorts.

Lemons can be an asset if we choose to use them properly. The humble lemon used in a glass of water has the ability to jump start your sluggish metabolism by cleaning out your system getting it ready for all those healthy readily available summer bounties of your garden. (But that's another topic!) By just drinking a full glass of lemon water first thing in the morning it will help cleanse your liver. help with high blood pressure, aid in digestion, disolves uric acid that causes inflamation of the joints, and helps prevent the build up of bacteria and other pathogens. Not a bad way to start the day!

Bentonite when taken orally is also beneficial in cleansing our system and is almost as economical to use as lemons and most beneficial if used in conjunction with them. Bentonite functions in the same way as lemons do. It cleanses the liver, colon and skin, balances bacteria in the digestive tract, improves nutrient assimilation and strengthens your immune system. Best of all both are all natural products that can be used without the fear of side effects.

"Yerba Prima Great Plains Bentonite is specially formulated to provide the maximum benefits of bentonite. Great Plains is a mineral source, liquid dietary supplement that supports cleansing.
