While it is rarely talked about by government officials, nor by the mainstream press, the Department of Justice annually breaks down all reported crimes demographically, including the race of the perpetrator.
The numbers are rather startling...
According to the 2012 FBI Uniform Crime Report, whites committed 43.2 percent of the murders; blacks committed 54.6 percent of murders; and Asians committed 1.2 percent of all murders in 2011.
However, that number is actually inaccurate for whites, as the FBI includes Latinos in the "white" category.
Keep in mind the fact that whites make up 72.4 percent of the population, while blacks account for only 12.2 percent of the population, according to the 2010 Census.
Additionally, Latinos make up 15.4 percent of the U.S. population, and Asians account for 4.7 percent.
A few other violent crimes are broken down along the following racial lines:
Obviously, there is a large difference between the total black population in the U.S. and the percentage of crimes committed by black offenders.
In 1963, blacks accounted for 23.6 percent of the out-of-wedlock births in this country. Today, that number has ballooned to 67.8 percent, according to U.S. News & World Report.
Unfortunately, the black family has been decimated by President Lyndon Baines Johnson's so-called 'Great Society' programs, which created today's bloated welfare state and basically offered financial incentives for pregnant single women to remain unmarried.
While many will claim that it is the 'lack of economic opportunities' that has lead to these outrageous crime statistics, one would be hard-pressed to explain how black Americans have fewer job and educational 'opportunities' today, than they had 50 years ago in what was largely a segregated society.
