You can also request any meat to be cooked to your preference. In addition your sides are prepared upon your giving your order to maintain a wonderful fresh flavor and hot dish. A large selection of sides are available such as white rice, Sautéed Mushrooms, Asparagus, Collard Greens, Yucca Fries, Creamed Corn or the Fried Banana .
You can take the short trip to the salad bar where there is an ample amount of ocean fresh seafood items. If you don’t prefer sea food you might enjoy the "Caprese Salad."
The parade of meats start coming such as the Pichana or Top Sirloin, NY Strip, and Prime Rib are wonderful and bursting with flavor. You will find that the Bacon Wrapped Turkey a real treat. The Garlic Filet and the Bacon Wrapped Filet are tender, juicy and robust with flavor.
