Here is another example of retail product mistakes. The end user, rightly so, doesn’t realize that there are different versions of most Contact Management/CRM software programs. This is understandable. But the very people that will spend dozens of hours researching prices for a new car won’t spend 15 minutes researching which version of ACT! is correct for their business. There are:

  • Single user versions
  • Network versions
  • Web-based versions
  • Industry-specific versions
